Account Information Update

    This form is meant to only change contact information on an existing utility account. This is NOT the place to create a new account at a new address. To create a new utility account, please complete the "Application for Utility Services".
  2. Change or Add Account Name
    This is NOT where you create a new utility account. This is only if you want to change a first or last last name for someone already on the account, add/remove a spouse, or add/delete another person's name to your existing account.
