Experience & Community Involvement
Mick has been the City Administrator since 2004. Prior to that, he
served in the same capacity for the City of East Dubuque, IL for six
years. He holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Northern
Illinois University. He is a fully accredited member of the
International City Managers Association, and a chapter member of the
Iowa City Managers Association. He also participates in the Lions Club
and the Dyersville Chamber of Commerce.
