The City of Dyersville is accepting applications for the positions of Public Works Crewmember and Wastewater Operator.
Public Works Crewmember
Responsibilities include the repair and maintenance of City buildings, streets, alleys, trails, vehicles, machinery, equipment, water system, wastewater system, flood and storm water control systems, parks and playgrounds and other grounds and facilities of the city of Dyersville. Candidate must have an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates their knowledge, skills and the abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position. Requires a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years work experience in general construction, truck driving and/or heavy equipment operations. Job Description
Wastewater Operator
Responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the City's wastewater treatment facility, sanitary sewer collection system, and flood and stormwater control systems. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and contributes to the overall functionality of Dyersville's wastewater infrastructure. Job Description
